The Discovery of Huna

My curiosity with astral travel and all things metaphysical lead me to more research. I start looking up Podcasts on psychic development and stumble onto a show called Huna Trainer. Episode 31 - "Out of Body Experiences". The host is Pohaku (which means rock or stone in Hawaiian). He is friendly, fun, and extremely knowledgeable with a fantastic voice for the medium. He is well versed on the ancient system of knowledge known as Huna which has it's roots in Polynesia and Hawaiian Shamanism and was passed on to him from a man named Serge Kahili King. The more I listen to Pohaku's podcast, the more captivated I become with the Huna System and the more I begin applying it into my life. The energy of Hayhouse Radio and the energy of Pohaku both feel like long lost friends to me. Such a strong connection with these groups. It's a comfort to know that I am not alone on this journey. Pohaku isn't a cultic, charismatic leader. His heart is very true and open to sharing this knowledge. A fantastic teacher. I guess that's what I like about him. He's both sincere and a wonderful human being. He's open to all the realms of the mystic without being judgemental or needy or kooky. Not too many people I can talk to about astral travel and magic here in Memphis. The bible belt locals will surely run me out of town on a rail. Perhaps one day soon I will be able to learn how to reproduce the out of body experience that happened to me just a few weeks earlier.

My friend moved to Hawaii about four years ago now and she has changed so much as a result of living on an island on a cliff where she communicates with the land spirits and the loa on a daily basis.
I am envious but in a good way. She is learning Huna from a descendent practitioner.
